The weekend is upon us, and that means it’s time for house hunters to get out there and see some homes for sale! This weekend, I will be back at 1181 Brown Velvet Lane in Apex hosting an open house for the Sweetwater community of new construction homes.
Since I was out there a few weeks ago at my last open house, I had an opportunity to speak with David Schmidt and Lanny Caldwell, two of the owners of ExperienceOne Homes, and they shared plenty of information about the developing Sweetwater community that I think home buyers should be excited about. For one, the community is being developed within the vision of an all-encompassing live/work/play environment. By many estimations, this is the way of the future.
The community will not only feature various homes and residential amenities, but will also offer 10 pocket parks, a stunning community center, an outdoor pavilion for concerts and events, greenway trails, and a commercial component that will bring office space, restaurants, shopping and more right into the community. When complete, this development will truly offer homeowners the opportunity to live in a community where everything is within an arm’s reach.
Dave and Lanny, two passionate builders with many years of experience, speak about the project with the kind of passion that can only come from folks who are out to build something truly magnificent. Their dedication to making this area a real gem within the Triangle is part of the reason why I’ll be back at Sweetwater both days this weekend for more open houses.
